We are proud to announce the 89th Annual NAACP New York State Convention! This year, we’re gathering leaders, activists, youth, and allies from across New York to sharpen our skills, build strategy, and chart the path forward in the fight for racial justice.

📅 Dates: October 10-12 2025

This year’s Convention is designed to go beyond speeches — we’re focused on tactical training, action-oriented workshops, and community collaboration that empower members and branches to lead change at home.

Our theme this year: Rooted to Rise

Attendees will engage in:

• Hands-on workshops on community organizing, advocacy, and digital activism

• Policy deep-dives focused on voting rights, education, economic justice, and more

• Youth & College programming for the next generation of leaders

• Networking opportunities with branch leaders and community partners

• Celebrations of our collective victories and award-winning leadership

🗣️ Special Pre-Event: Black Policy Roundtable

Ahead of the Convention, we will convene policymakers, elected officials, and community leaders for the Black Policy Roundtable. This powerful session will align legislative and budget priorities that advance justice, equity, and opportunity for Black New Yorkers.

This is more than a conversation — it’s a working session to craft real solutions and build the collective power we need.
