Juneteenth Newsletter
Happy Juneteenth! We reflect on the significance of this day in our nation's history. Juneteenth commemorates the notification of emancipation of the final slave settlements in Galveston, Texas and serves as a powerful reminder of the ongoing struggle for equality and justice. It is a time for celebration, reflection, and renewed commitment to the fight.
This Juneteenth, let's not only honor the past but also take action for the future. The fight for justice and equality continues, and we continue to need your support to ensure that critical information and resources reach our community. From advocating for voter rights to providing educational resources and support, your involvement makes a difference.
